This Privacy Policy explains how Agreemint collects, uses, stores, and deletes personal information when you use the Agreemint iOS app and related web pages.

Agreemint is intended for users in the United States and for users age 18 or older.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only information needed to operate the service, secure the service, process purchases, and comply with legal obligations.

3.1 Account and Identity Data

  • Account identifier from sign-in providers (Apple or Google)
  • Basic account profile fields made available by your provider (for example, email or display name)

3.2 Content You Submit

  • Terms text you submit for analysis
  • Interview responses and generated session state needed to complete your analysis

3.3 Purchase and Ledger Data

  • In-app purchase transaction identifiers and redemption records
  • Mint token ledger events (balance updates, trial claim, run starts/refunds)

3.4 Device, Security, and Operational Data

  • Device-generated identifier used for abuse prevention
  • App attestation data (for example, App Check metadata)
  • Push notification token (if notifications are enabled)
  • Operational logs and error diagnostics (redacted where feasible)

We use data to:

  • Authenticate your account
  • Run terms analysis and session recovery
  • Process and protect in-app purchases
  • Send job-completion push notifications
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal, accounting, and security obligations

Agreemint does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Third-Party Services and Processing

Agreemint uses service providers to operate the app, including:

  • Google/Firebase services (authentication, app attestation, database, messaging)
  • Google Cloud infrastructure
  • OpenAI API processing through Agreemint backend for analysis features
  • Apple/Google sign-in and Apple in-app purchase systems

Where required by platform rules, Agreemint asks for explicit permission before sharing personal data with third-party AI processing.

6. Retention

Agreemint follows data minimization and retains data only as long as needed for service operation or legal obligations.

Default retention windows:

  • Analysis job/session data: up to 24 hours, then deleted
  • User-initiated report deletion: immediate deletion request
  • Push token: retained while account is active and notifications are enabled
  • Operational logs: targeted retention of 30 days
  • Purchase/redemption accounting and anti-fraud records: up to 7 years, then deleted

When deletion is requested, Agreemint deletes data immediately where feasible. Limited records may be retained when required by law, accounting, fraud prevention, or security obligations.

7. Your Privacy Rights (Including California)

Depending on applicable law, you may request to:

  • Know/access personal information categories and uses
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions

To submit a request:

Verification:

  • We verify requests before completing them.
  • You may be asked for information sufficient to verify your identity and account ownership.

Timing:

  • We target responses within 45 days, with extension where legally permitted.

Non-discrimination:

  • Agreemint will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

8. Children

Agreemint is not directed to children under 18 and does not knowingly provide service to users under 18.

9. Security

Agreemint uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. International Use

Agreemint is intended for U.S. users. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. If a material change affects data-processing terms, Agreemint may require renewed consent before continued cloud analysis features.
