Privacy Choices

This page explains how to submit privacy requests for Agreemint.
1. Available Requests
You may submit requests to:
- Access/know personal information we maintain about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
2. How to Submit a Request
Submit a request by either method:
- Email: privacy@agreemint.org
- Web form: https://agreemint.org/privacy-choices (request intake form)
If Agreemint operates exclusively online and has a direct relationship with you, email may be used as the designated request method.
3. Information to Include
To help us process your request, include:
- Request type (access, correction, deletion)
- Account email (if available)
- Sign-in provider used (Apple or Google)
- Description of your request
- Any information needed to verify account ownership
Do not send sensitive personal documents unless we explicitly request them for verification.
4. Verification
We verify requestor identity before disclosing or deleting data.
If we cannot verify identity to the required standard, we may deny or limit the request and explain why.
5. Timing
- We target a response within 45 days.
- If reasonably necessary, we may extend once by up to an additional 45 days and notify you.
6. Deletion Exceptions
Even after a deletion request, limited data may be retained where required to:
- Complete legal obligations
- Detect and prevent fraud/security incidents
- Maintain minimal accounting and anti-fraud records
7. Authorized Agents
If you submit through an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization and/or direct identity confirmation.
8. Non-Discrimination
We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
