Agreemint provides informational assistance only. Agreemint does not provide legal advice, financial advice, or professional advice.
4. Accounts and Access
Agreemint requires sign-in.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining control of your account session
- Using accurate information where required
- Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access
5. In-App Purchases and Mint Tokens
Agreemint may offer digital consumables through Apple In-App Purchase.
Purchase processing and billing are handled by Apple according to Apple’s terms and policies.
You are responsible for reviewing Apple’s purchase and subscription settings in your Apple account where applicable.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Agreemint for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass security, attestation, or access controls
- Interfere with service operation, availability, or integrity
- Abuse or automate requests in ways that degrade service
7. User Content
You may submit text for analysis. You represent that you have rights to submit that content and that submitting it does not violate law or third-party rights.
You retain rights to your submitted content. You grant Agreemint a limited license to process it solely to provide and secure the service and to comply with legal obligations.

You can request account deletion in-app.
Deletion may require re-authentication. Certain records may be retained where legally required (for example, limited accounting or anti-fraud records).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agreemint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Agreemint harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of law, or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
